Family classic pesto

millie pesto faceThis is a staple food for us. Everyone likes it, and there’s almost always some of it in a bowl in the fridge.

Ingredients
100g fresh basil leaves
100g pine nuts
3-5 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Salt

Remove the basil leaves roughly from the stems, then put all ingredients except salt into a food processor. Blend into a rough paste and add a little salt to taste. Leave out the salt if you’re feeding it to babies.
